I stayed for a few nights in the Ruby Superior Room while visiting attractions like the Cathedral of Our Lady and the Rubens House. The hotel has a lovely modern decor, and my room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the location, as it was a short walk to great local shops and dining options. However, the central temperature regulation was frustrating. I couldn't adjust it, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

Upon check-in, I was told my room wasn't ready, despite arriving just after 3 PM. The next room I was given was quite cold and took hours to warm up. To top it off, the breakfast service was chaotic, with very few options available and long waits, making me feel quite disappointed during my stay.
